Baby Blues

I’m a stay home mom, so I should be able to eat right and exercise on a daily basis, right? Well, my youngest just turned 12 months and I still have 15 pounds of baby weight to lose. My problems mostly have to do with time. I’m so consumed with entertaining my 3 children all day that I usually just eat whatever is quickest to prepare. This usually leads to a lot of snacking rather than eating healthy meals. I also struggle to find the time or energy to exercise. Sleep is such a commodity that I wouldn’t dare wake up before them to get my 30 minutes of cardio in. When they nap, I’m usually trying to get housework done, and when they go down for the night I just can’t find the energy to work out. Plus, my husband is a wonderful cook, but he doesn’t cook healthy meals often.
