I wish I had a better plan from start

It happened in just 3 months when my weight shot up by 10 Kg. I could notice gastric problems more so often with these extra pounds. I consulted friends and started some exercises along with reducing my bread intake as per their suggestions but nothing positive happened for nearly 2 months.

What should I have done? I joined a Gym and followed the regular schedules but could not control myself from taking extra that delicious dish. If I reduced my meal, I felt headache sometimes. I consulted an expert, who told me “All that I need was a proper diet plan apart from doing exercising. Exercising does help in burning the calories but human body requires sufficient diet to do the routine jobs which shall be good both in terms of controlling that extra fat as well in terms of healthy intake”.

Finally I hope I am on the right path and now I am searching for proper diet guidance.
