I've tried all the diets and they work initially but bad habits learned over a lifetime are hard to break stress eating will send you on a spiral right back to the weight you were and then some. Everyday stresses are the culprit that tend to take people away from the focus on eating right and making a lifestyle change. When I was stressed I would go back to old comfortable habits and put any weight that I lost right back on.
A lifestyle change is necessary and exercise is a key part to the program. Exercise helps you relive stress and may keep you on target for that lifestyle change that is critical to maintain a healthy weight.
