I am currently a health science writer living in rural Oregon, with 50 years of formal study and practical experience in laboratory sciences and health care, including over 2 years post-doctoral studies in mainstream, traditional, and alternative health sciences.

Other activities include Mensa, creating abstract art paintings, and planting trees.

I created this website for you because of the extensive research on the health benefits of green tea over the last two decades.

As you explore the green tea scientific evidence, you may choose to include daily green tea in your healthy lifestyle. Of course, you must always check with your health care provider about lifestyle changes if you are being treated for a health condition.
