Reduce Belly Fat in 2023!

Black tea with lemon

by M.Y. Mehrajunnisa

I always used to have a rounded figure though not overweight. But recently I started putting on weight even if I eat a little more than my required calories.

I could sense this easily and so wanted to cut off the extra calories by taking in fibrous foods.

But to my dismay I found it very difficult due to the nature of my job. I have to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day at work and 5 hours at home. I could hardly cut on my intake. I was confused.

I am figure conscious since it gives me a very ugly look, even if I put on a little weight, since the weight accumulates on my bust and hands. I needed to do something.

Then, suddenly it dawned on me. What my mother usually do when we had a bloated feeling after a heavy meal.

One cup of black tea with little honey and a few drops of lemon! Bingo!

I found how I could dissolve the extra fat. I really do not know how it does it, but it does work.

I am able to maintain my weight, since when I drink black tea with lemon, my hunger subsides for the moment and also it should have some effect on controlling weight.

However, I am really happy with the result.
