Reduce Belly Fat in 2023!

daily exercise success

Like most women, going to the gym on a regular basis was not something that was common for me. I struggled with the common obstacles all women face: not enough time, embarrassed to exercise in front of others, etc.

I decided that I was no longer going to let those fears keep me from achieving my goals.

Now I was already in shape and in my late 20s I didn’t have too much to worry about. However, I did want to keep my girlish figure around throughout my 30s and hopefully 40s as well.

Honestly, after joining LA Fitness for no enrollment fee and $20 a month membership I decided that it was a good idea to make this a part of my routine. It also helped that I began dating a guy that also worked out at LA Fitness and felt that this was an important part of his routine.

We decided that we would go together and hold each other accountable for our continued commitment.

We alternate days or skip a day between workouts. For example, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays or Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We do different exercises each of those days. If we do chest and back on Monday, then we would focus on legs and shoulders on Wednesday and other areas such as arms on Fridays. We also make sure that abs are a part of the workout routine each of the days we go to the gym.

Now my workout routine is not necessarily the only way to make it work.

Some people can be successful working out in their home using a video of some sort but you just have to hold yourself accountable.

The best method for this that I have found is not eating dinner until the workout is complete so that you will be sure to knock it out soon after work. You will likely be hungry and eager to complete your workout so you can reward yourself with your dinner. This is highly effective.

Also, working out after eating may lead to an upset stomach and is not recommended especially if the dinner menu is a heavier item such as pasta.

Diet is also an important part of your success. Watch the ingredients on things that you eat and cut out anything with trans fat as those types of fats are irreversible with exercise.

You don’t have to eat food that tastes terrible but fast food should be limited to once a week and if you search online you will actually find it easier, cheaper, and healthier to prepare homemade recipes.

Obstacles can get in the way such as friends, hobbies, etc.

Try to make a workout as important as going to work.

Make it something that is scheduled as I mentioned above to avoid you making excuses to get out of it.
