Reduce Belly Fat in 2018!

I am a Young woman and my age is 25.

Actually few months before i had many medical problems regarding pains in body.

So i consulted a doctor and the only thing he can say was you are fit physically but you should do regular exercises to maintain your health and body properly.

In his advice i went to a gym nearby and The gym trainer helped me to do some exercises that were easy to me first that made me to stretch my muscles.

I work for a private company so my favorite time of exercising is morning six.

Everyday morning i used to go to the gym by walk that was a small warm-up for me and i will do hand stretch and hip shakes and leg stretches.

Then i will use the walking machine and slowly increased the speed from low to high and managed to do it.

After a month of doing regular exercise in morning there was no pain for me anywhere in the body.

Spending an hour in the morning doing small stretching exercises will stop many pains in the body parts.

Exercise also helped me to reduce stress, improve sleep and reduce self esteem. It also strengthened my heart, increased my stamina level, leveled my blood pressure level, strengthened my bones and reduced my body to be slim.

I recommend people not to do exercises without checking of an health care provider, the gym trainer had some knowledge of health care and helped me to tackle my problem.

By the advice of the doctor and the health care provider i was able to get rid of my fear and carry on regular exercises.
