Reduce Belly Fat in 2023!

Green Tea Honey Diet

by Judy
(San Ramon, California)

After the holidays, I realized that I gained a bit of seasonal weight.

I decided to go on a green tea and honey detox for a couple of weeks.

I would brew up a tea bag of green tea (I favored Lipton’s flavored green tea but I’m sure any type of green tea will do!) and I would add in a couple teaspoons of real honey.

Get rid of that sugar, use the honey!

I would drink this throughout the day. It usually satisfies my cravings so I won’t eat as much.

I would have a snack every couple of hours. Usually some fruit and yogurt or a tiny salad with plain chicken.

I also kept active as well. I did cardio workouts every other day and weights on my non-cardio days. I kept this up for about 2 weeks.

With this diet, I felt much more energized (thanks to the honey!) and I lost a good amount of water weight since I kept drinking the tea nonstop everyday.

The tea and honey definitely increased my metabolism.

In the end, I lost about 8 pounds.

I am no longer on the detox but I still drink green tea and honey everyday.

Not only is it good for my health, it's also very soothing and delicious as well.
