Using Organic Matcha

Love organic matcha? Here’s some people’s experiences using this delicious Japanese green tea powder:

From Johnny, USA:

The taste is breathtaking. It is so smooth when it goes down and tastes very sweet. I like thinner teas better so I prefer usucha.

I love drinking this tea and it has so many benefits, I could write pages on just the benefits. Some of them are that it is rich in antioxidants, it enhances the mood that you are in, and that it removes chemical toxins from my body.

It makes me feel so relaxed and it feels like a meditation when I drink it. I usually have a cup of tea when I wake up and also one right before I fall asleep If I were not so busy, I would drink it more often than two times a day because it tastes amazing.

From Dena, USA:

I recently purchased and tried 30g premium grade organic matcha green tea for the first time, and I was very impressed. I have tried many different brands of green tea and didn’t care for a lot of them. This is by far the best green tea that I have ever tried. The flavor is very smooth.

My favorite way to prepare it is by using it to make a frappucino and topping it with whipped cream. It’s also delicious when used to make lattes. My favorite time to enjoy a mug of matcha tea is in the evening when I’m completely done with work, and household chores. When the children are in bed and I’m snuggled up on the couch watching TV and relaxing.

It has a calming effect and puts me in a relaxed, peaceful mood for the rest of my evening. And prepares me for a peaceful nights sleep.

From Hunter, USA:

I have always been a fan of green tea, I recently tried organic matcha and I can honestly say that it is some of the best tea I have ever had.

It is more expensive than regular tea but it is worth it, it has a sweet clean flavor that I love and the color is remarkable. Taste is not the only benefit.

After drinking a cup, I feel awake, alert and refreshed. I used to drink energy drinks to stay up studying but now I can just drink matcha and I am awake and alert but I don’t get jittery like I used to with energy drinks and when I am done I can go to bed immediately no matter how long ago I drank it. Also, it is filled with antioxidants.

I like the tradition involved and I am looking into buying some authentic looking bamboo cups and whisk.

From Donald, USA:

Organic matcha powdered green tea in the morning. I love it because I feel that is a healthy drink plus tastes great.

I do not make this green tea in the traditional thick form like many in Japan do, rather I create a thin form which I like to drink better. I try to remember that I am drinking the actual green tea leaves and I get into the frame of mind that feels good and that brings into my being all the health of such a drink.

I buy the organic form which costs me thirty US dollars for a 30 gram container of the powder. About half of the time I drink it as an iced tea which quenches my thirst. Other times I drink it hot, or I make an ice that is similar to ice cream. No matter how, or in what form, I just love it.

I really believe that I get many benefits from my organic matcha powdered green tea, and feel that one benefit is that it calms me and makes me smarter. My test scores in college were over 30% better when the day before the test I consumed a lot of organic matcha green tea. When I skipped it my test scores went down again.

Perhaps I drink 15 to 25 glasses per week for ever week of the past 10 years. I really enjoy it, and it has become a way of life for me.
