Red Tea diet

After graduating from an Indian university, I went to my uncle's house in Nainital for spending my vacations with my cousins.

It was really an amazing holidays .Though I am elder than all my cousins, I played with them just like one among them.

Another quite interesting task for us was eating. At home my mother was always behind me controlling my eating habits. But here who is there to care?

One month passed and I realized that I had changed much in my appearance. I had become so fat.

I was tensed as to how I would return to my home in this shape. Then I decided to find a way out and to reduce my weight before I returned.

I approached my uncle for an advice in this matter. It was from him that I heard about red tea and its qualities. It is actually a herbal drink made from a plant named rooibos.

I started taking red tea. It made me more calm and relaxed. It is naturally sweet, hence sugar need not be added. A benefit of red tea is that it is a natural appetite suppressant.

Drinking red tea many times a day does not cause any problem, since it is caffeine free. Hence I enjoyed drinking it quite often.

I had a cup of tea, two slices of bread and an apple as the breakfast those days. Rice with vegetables, one banana and a red tea was included in my lunch.

Cutting back on caffeine can also help you sleep better at night. I made it a habit having rice soup with roasted fish in the night.

Before sleeping I used to take red tea again. Though this was my regular diet, I drank red tea whenever I needed.

I hit my target, within a period of two weeks, by reducing 8kgs. I slept well during those days as red tea gives a sound sleep.
