biceps workout routine

Maintaining a perfect tone to your body is very much essential to make you look healthier and bring out that confidence in yourself.

I enjoy working out and have got a routine which I follow on a daily basis to keep me fit and healthy.

Usually I exercise two times a day and I enjoy carrying them out at my home itself rather than going to a gym.

My exercise is purely concentrated on my arms since I like to make my arms look heavy. Fortunately for me, my chest seems to be muscular even without any exercise.

So, arms are my only concern and I rely on dumbells to bring about that shape to my arms which I hope for.

My workout basically takes me about 30 minutes to complete and it includes barbell curls and hammer curls for biceps and pressdowns for triceps.

I start by doing barbell curl for about 8 to 10 repetitions on one arm after which the weight shifts to the other arm where 8 to 10 repetitions of curls are done too.

Next, I do the hammer curl on both my arms for about 10 to 15 repetitions although I have to strain somewhat towards the end of repetitions.

Once I get done with the barbell and hammer curls, I go for pressdowns to shape my triceps. About 5 to 10 pressdowns are done at a time.

This concludes the first round and two more rounds similar to this are done during my 30 to 40 minutes of exercise.

I find this exercise routine of mine so interesting since it makes me feel sturdy and confident about myself.
